Hepatitis, Steatohepatosis and Diabetes Mellitus - Second Medical OpinionMrs. A. B. is a 51 year old woman from Abuja, Nigeria, married, with four children, looking young for her age. She came for evaluation because of gate difficulties, which begun long ago, with a sudden acute chest pain and weakness of both legs. By 2006, she complained again of weakness of both hands and legs, accompanied by tremor of her body.

Mrs. A. B. examination showed she had Hepatitis C in her blood, steatohepatosis (NASH) with septum formation – related to her increased body weight as well as Diabetes Mellitus.
