Medical Evaluation and Referral

Medical evaluation is the most critical phase of any medical case life cycle – high quality evaluation will enable the patient, the family and iMER team to prioritize next steps, and design a plan that may have major impact on the case results and sometimes even the difference between life and death.

iMER will identify the most suitable super specialist abroad for referral of complex medical problems. iMER will take full responsibility on coordinating treatment abroad, getting MOH approval and logistics of travel arrangements

iMER coordinates meetings and discussions between the medical specialists involved in the assessment of the case, the diagnosis, and the planning of treatment  for  the patient. It is done by  tele-conference or video-conference and/or iPMS™ iMER’s telemedicine platform as required. The medical experts may be in the country of origin of the patient, as well as in the countries to which the patient’s issues may be referred to.
